  1. Circumference of neck: measured horizontally under vertebra seven
  2. Circumference at chest level: measured horizontally around the body, through the most protruding points of the chest in the front and over the lowest edges of the shoulder blades in the back
  3. Circumference at waist level
  4. Circumference at hip level: measured horizontally alongside the protruding points of the buttocks and lower part of the belly
  5. Width of chest: measured horizontally in the front of the body at chest level between the armpits
  6. Width of back: measured horizontally in the back of the body over the shoulder blades between the armpits
  7. Distance from vertebra seven to waist level: measured vertically at the back from vertebra seven to the waist
  8. Distance from waist to shoulder: measured diagonally in the front of the body, from the end of the shoulder to the center of the waist
  9. Length of shoulder: measured from the upper point of the shoulder scam at the neck to the end of the shoulder
  10. Length of arm: measure with the arm freely lowered down from the edge of the shoulder to the wrist line
